The Berkvam family just returned from traveling to Asia on an expansive journey from Delhi to Bhutan to Kathmandu. They explored the busy streets of Delhi and watched the sun rise behind the Taj Mahal then jetted off to Bhutan for a full week of exploring this remote nation. After attending the Paro tsechu (festival) and getting to meet Bhutanese royalty they continued on to Kathmandu for a quick day of exploring Nepal's capital. This was an amazing 22-day adventure in Chile and Argentina!
Alumni travelers, Muki and Charlie, just returned from a 22-day custom adventure to Chile and Argentina .  After adventuring high into the Atacama Desert to find a rare yareto plant, trekking through Torres del Paine, following Magellan and Darwin’s legacies around Cape Horn, making new personal connections in El Calafate and ending in Buenos Aires, they had quite the story! “We chose this itinerary after we looked at multiple Patagonia itineraries from different companies. This trip seemed to have the right combination of travel in the right areas. We liked the 4 day ship being part of the itinerary and Charlie liked the add-on of the Atacama Desert. We liked the itinerary starting in Chile and ending in Argentina. The level of activity also seemed doable for us. And last, we had been very pleased with our trip to Costa Rica with Wildland. Growing Up With Wildland Adventures
Dear Kurt, Anne and Wildland Adventures Team – My daughter and I were sorting through photos today and were struck by how many great memories we have had with Wildland Adventures . While we have been blessed to experience so many countries and many cultures over the years, our experiences with Wildland have always been particularly special. From our first Wildland trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos (at age 8) to our most recent to Peru and the Amazon rainforest (at age 16), my daughter has literally “grown up” with Wildland. We look forward to future adventures, and thought you might like to see the photos that we certainly enjoyed as we took a quick trip down Memory Lane.
