From an Expert: Five Tips for Booking Last Minute Airfare Guest Blog from Isaac Hilpman, Director of Partner Accounts at Exito Travel.  As a travel professional specializing in international airfare I am often asked for advice about purchasing last minute tickets. So while the only guarantee with airfare is that it is going to change, here are some suggestions for my fellow travelers. Tip #1: Don’t do it! Waiting until the last minute to book flights is a big mistake if you want ideal routings and inexpensive fares. Airfare is based on availability. Having a great time in Turkey We love getting little notes from our travelers while they are still on their trip! Laura, Jan and I are having a great time in Turkey. Our guides have all been very professional, as well as friendly; the food has been delicious at all the restaurants they've selected, and the sights have been splendid. I don't want to forget to add that the hotels have all been really special. Dave and Jan are traveling on our Highlights of Turkey Adventure Photo is of Jan and their Turkey guide Deniz Killic...

All three generations had a wonderful time Message and trip report for a custom trip to Turkey designed by our Turkey program director Laura Finkelstein.  Hi Laura, To get straight to the bottom line, the trip was an overwhelming success. Exceeded even my own expectations -- which were very, very high. All three generations had a wonderful time. This was tied for the best trip we have taken with Wildland -- right up there with Peru/Amazon. We all just loved Turkey, and actually are seriously thinking about returning next year to see more of the country. Thanks for planning such an amazing family adventure. Best, Patrick Machado Patrick's Trip Report: What places or experiences did you enjoy most and why? There were so many highlights, but the gulet was probably the best. It was extremely relaxing and unstructured, and there was something to do for everyone. The crew really pampered us. There were lots of long faces in our group...

Back from our adventures in the Galapagos and Ecuador Dear Sherry and Kurt, We are back from our adventures in the Galapagos and Ecuador, and want to THANK YOU both for once again doing everything to make sure we had a fantastic experience!! Sherry, we can't thank you enough for steering us toward the Athala catamaran, and managing to get us on at the last minute. The boat was fantastic, as you know - and the crew really wonderful. We were completely spoiled, and had a blast with the other passengers - such a fun group. Again, all our thanks - Kim (Jeff, Sam, and James) Seely ...
