Linda is a Wildland alumni and chose a trip to Peru and the Galapagos for the history, architecture, birds, wildlife and unique terrain. She had the trip of a lifetime and shared her highlights with us along with some beautiful photos.

"We chose Wildland Adventures for a trip to Costa Rica several years ago and we were quite pleased. I was totally taken in by Peru and all that it offers, including its history. Galapagos presented creatures, different terrains and other parts of nature I've never experienced, especially at close range. It was a truly eye-opening and fascinating experience that I will never forget."

"I loved all of Peru, especially the Inkaterra hotel and Sol y Luna, where I had the best meal of the trip. Both had beautiful grounds, scenery and birdlife. I loved Machu Picchu and the other areas such as the Sacred Valley. This part of the trip was beautiful and incredibly interesting. Our guide, Fernando, was excellent. He knew so much, was a wonderful person, very personable and funny. In Ollantaytambo, Fernando took us to a restaurant that he knew personally. The place was marvelous and very quiet and the food and service were excellent. The guides in the Galapagos on the M/V Origin were also fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly, with great personalities, as were all of the staff. I could not have asked for a better group of people." - Linda J.
